Introducing My Blog. Who Am I? What Can I Offer?

Ana Licollari. The last name is a mouthful, is it not? Funnily enough, this was not always my last name. In fact, up until the 5th grade my last name was "Hysaj". Needless to say, my parents have a knack for having terribly challenging and eccentric last names. Like my last name, I, myself, am strange. As a child, I enjoyed reading, dancing, and frolicking with friends, but the older I got, the further away I strayed from the trajectory of a normal teenager. I am 15 years old now, but I always joke that I am an 80 year old woman with the body of a teenager and the spirit of a child. In the midst of the pandemonium that is my daily life, I wind down by playing with my puppy, whom I grow to love more every single day, watching television, and perusing the internet for the next adventure in which I will partake. Now that I established a little bit about myself, it is time to answer the most important question of all: what can I do for you? Face it, human beings are self-motivated. Some may retort it is selfish, but I would wager it is self preservation. After all if we do not look after ourselves, who will? In writing this blog, I hope to break down the barriers society has placed upon us. I intend to be as vulnerable as possible so that we can break down the facade of ""perfection" and the notion that some people have everything figured out (news flash, they do not). In addition, I will be proffering recommendations that make navigating through life easier such as productivity tips, investments, and app suggestions. Lastly, I vow to be as communicative as possible. If you need someone in whom you can confide, I am here. If you need to chat for some much needed catharsis, I am here. This blog is not about you, or I, it is about WE. Community and camaraderie, forever and always .
